Don’t know your username?
With any purchase you have made, you would have entered an email address in the checkout process. This email address can be used as your username.
How do I set a password?
To set a password, click on the reset password link here. Enter your email address (which needs to be the same as the one entered while making a purchase) and follow the prompts.
Can’t activate your account using your activation code?
Don’t fear! You can access your account without the need for an activation code. If for some reason, your unique activation code is not working, you can click the password reset link here. To be able to set this password, you need to know your username.
Why do you need a username or password?
Your log in details give you access to your online account where you can previous previous orders, resubscribe to the magazine, cancel a subscription, change your address details.
You don’t know your log in details to access your digital subscription
To access your digital subscription, you need to know your log in details. The email you used to purchase the subscription can be used as the username to your account. If you have not set your account a password, click this password reset link here and use your email address as the username.
How do you view the digital editions?
To view the digital editions, you need a digital subscription. If you have a digital subscription, you will need to log in to the site here. If you don’t know your log in details, please see above to find out these.
Once this is set, you can access the digital magazines via the website or the app. Through the website, click on the ‘Digital Editions’ tab, then click on the link icon once you hover over the issue you want to read. Once you click this icon, you will need to enter the same details (username and password) again then you have access.
To access this through the app, download the ‘Pat Callinan’s 4X4 Adventures’ app. Click on ‘Subscriptions’ then ‘Current Subscribers’ and enter your log in details.
Where can you access the feature films as part of the magazines?
Each of the issues come with a free feature film. These used to come as a DVD along with your subscription, however, has since been moved to online. You do not need your log in details for access this, just click on this link here.
You’ve tried gifting a subscription to someone else, but have your own account.
We are working on introducing gift subscriptions soon to make this process easier. If you have your own account and subscription to the magazine, but wish to take out a new subscription as a gift, please email email@example.com with your subscriber number (if you know it), your first and last name and postal address as well as the recipient’s first and last name, email address and postal address. Please include your contact number so we can call you for payment as we will need to process this over the phone for now.

This may cause issues down the track. If you would like to gift a subscription, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your first and last name and contact number as well as the recipient’s first and last name, email address and postal address. Please include your contact number as we will need to call you for payment as we will need to process this over the phone for now.
